Instructions

1. The product introduction

The company launched a series of low-temperature plasma sterilizer products. 2. The choice of models and scope of application

  1. Because the technical performance parameters of each model of the product are different, please select the model according to the disinfection space. Disinfection shall be carried out in strict accordance with the disinfection time in order to achieve the disinfection effect.
  2. When you choose a model, please refer to this installation guide and use the corresponding method for installation and use.

3. The installation method

  1. Y-200 installation method. Confirm the installation position according to the situation of the place of use. If there is a ceiling, use a hole of 130 * 130mm in the ceiling. (The distance between the ceiling and the roof is greater than 110mm), Connect the power supply to After the operation of the 110V zero line and fire line test equipment. Align the host machine with the opening. Then pull up the spring buckles at both ends and insert them into the host, release the buckle, which will automatically secure the host.
  2. Y-700 installation method. It can also be moved and used in a proper position indoors.
  3. Y-800 installation method. On the wall according to the size of the positioning plate. Punch and fix the positioning plate. Then hang the main unit on the fixing plate.
  4. Y-900 installation method. It can also be moved and used in a proper position indoors.

4. the use of methods

Type Y-200 usage method
  1. The device is connected to 110V power supply.
  2. Turn on the power. Equipment indicates that the green light is on, start disinfecting.
  3. Turn off the power. The indicator light of the equipment is off. Disinfection is stopped.
Type Y-700 usage method
  1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the sterilizer.
  2. Press the on/off button on the remote control, and the operation indicator lights up, and the equipment starts running.
  3. Press the Sterilization button on the remote control to select to turn Sterilization on or off.
  4. Press the mode button on the remote control to select the disinfection gear according to the space used.
  5. Press the timing key on the remote control to set the time for regular disinfection.
  6. Press the wind swing button on the remote control to set whether the baffle swings or not.
  7. Press the screen display key on the remote control to display the display on the device to avoid off-line pollution.
  8. Related functions can also be set on the device.
Type Y-800 usage method

5. Precautions for use

  1. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the machine. And keep it properly.
  2. Should have a good grounding power supply, to prevent electric shock.
  3. Prevent sundries from entering the sterilizer, otherwise it will lead to power failure.
  4. Do not disassemble this machine without authorization. If there is a fault, please refer to the relevant technical professionals for guidance and maintenance. Cut off the power supply first.

6. Maintenance

  1. If the air outlet of this machine collects too much dust for a long time, please brush it with a suction brush.
  2. If the machine is not used for a long time, turn off the power to the device.

7. Transportation, storage

Avoid rain and snow during transportation, collisions, heavy pressure, and mixing with substances with corrosive gases. Store in a well-ventilated, dry room. Avoid the sun. Avoid strong sunlight. It is advisable to pack no more than 6 pieces during transportation and storage.

8. Fault analysis

  1. The machine does not work. Check whether the power supply is normal. The solution: Make sure the power outlet is plugged in and the switch is on.
  2. The air outlet has low air volume and makes a loud noise. Check whether the air inlet collects too much dust. The solution. Use a brush to clean the air inlet.

9. After-Sales Service
